CXMP The Future of Tradeshows

BACKGROUND

Starting from a personal ascertainment, busy glorious fashion events with kisses and champagne became scarce; the Covid pandemic simply eradicated the business. Selling square meters is over. How to transform and remodel a traditional business?

SOLUTION

We proactively created a concept defining our view on the future of the tradeshow industry and proposed it to WSN, a leading fashion organizer in France. And the tradeshow that Lumi has been participating in for a decade,   The one-page concept made its way up to the corporate group, Comexposium, a group that is the second worldwide events creator, multi-industry.

The show is now :

  • a service that runs 365 days a year with physical key touch points per season.

  • AR powered booth with live review of virtual pieces through a unique QR code brand access.

  • Retailers, buyers, influencers can collect, rate, and build their own brand selection for further interactions off show. 

  • Involving early on the end consumer > preorder, delivered to your favorite shop.

  • Retailers do not hold inventory and do not have to destock at the end of each season.

  • Sustainable by forecasting the demand, helps brands to produce only what is wanted.

  • Community based, Inspirational and engaged, show is now Open, transparent and interactive immediate crowd feedback on future collections, from K.O.L and Mr/Mrs Everyone.

  • The organizer is the center of the ecosystem, datas driven, with a percentage based revenue model. Enormous potential growth with cross offering services, such as distribution centers, financing and additional services to be included in.
